HOW TO MEASURE
For the most useful reference, use a flexible measuring tape, keep it level and avoid pulling it excessively tight.

CHEST
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and comfortably fitted.

WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the tape too tightly.

HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level.

INSIDE LEG
Measure from the top of the inside leg down to where you want the trouser leg to finish.

SLEEVE
Measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist.
